What we have here is kind of strange. We have pure sales all over the place within a range of 10 Keys. Exluding anything under 15 as it doesn't appear to be the common trading point. I'll go with a range of 16-19. Like that we have included 12/25 Sales. Some people might argue that the 2 unsolds at 18 show that 19 as a high end will be to high, but seeing the bigger picture 5/7 sold for 18 within 2 months (credits Foamy). As per that, I'll be using the range suggested above, I'll gladly resuggest if something in my logic doesn't fit in.
