33 and 35 both instantly sold. One 37 sold to a buy order, but seems common enough to include here.

how is 37 the common trading point when there are 5 sales above 40, 3 sales @ 39(another sold yesterday on mp) and 2 @ 37
I think there is something to say for both 37-49 and 39-49 here - if the only sale at 37 would have been your buy order, I would not have considered leaving it in, but we have another sale at that value here, so I can see the argument being made for having it in the range, even though I would personally have favored 39-49.
Do note that while the low end may be on the low side here, the high end is above current sellers and therefore likely on the high side; this balances each other out somewhat. I believe on average this is a decent representation.
