Then changed their listing to 9 - https://bot.tf/stats/listings/Y79L5XJ9 and 9 sold in what looks like ~1 day (although could be longer due to missing snapshots)

Because he was selling for 10 for 5 days and the fact that he could of started selling for 9 before the 1st of May, including 9.
