Summary:

Despite a couple of youngish sellers @ 12 and 12.5, the common trading points here are clear at 13 - 15, so just gonna take that. Given how the market seems to be moving (I have owned a few), the ones listed under 13 seem to be gone pretty quick, so 13 - 15 seems fine.
