The generally accepted method to pricing these is looking at marketplace.tf sales, and dividing the amount it sold for in cash by the price of keys at that time. You need proof of sales, not sellers.
Yeh guy. Only that info are a wrong sugg. You need at least SCM sales, and i think that this doesn't matter so much. The better way is to take MP sales if you can't found in BP. Also you can take another page sales like Mannco.store or some similar but the better way is the BP history and trade comparation
also where did you get 6.64 and 3.6k from? seems to sell more like 7.99 on scm
you will need to actually analyse the sales that have occurred and dividing by the key price on the day of the sale. it is clear from the graph that a flat value is unrealistic. besides, sellers are now as low as 3.1~ keys so this will be too high regardless
