      Like I wrote in suggestion, from offers on this site. Is it not right ? This is my first suggestion, so I don't very good at this all, but in rules I read that offers can be used in addition to sales : "Offers alone are not enough to make a suggestion. This does not mean that offers are not helpful. They are very useful for defining a range and identifying outliers"

          Wait, if I have offer to me for hat, that I declined, but it then was traded on hat, the price of which is 500 keys - it can be used as additional proof ? I guess I should add it to comments ... Shall I add it now ?

                  I have to admit that part of rules is tricky, but they meant "defining a range" as support proof for existing sales...

                  So yeah, you only have one sale, you'll have to suggest at 197 flat
