An attempt to price this in the past did not go through: https://backpack.tf/suggestion/5753669ec440457a6c3b2fb8 for reasons that still apply, so I don't think this will either unfortunately.
6 years ago, outpost ? What happened 6 years ago has nothing to do with today's economy and BP prices and suggestions and sale of items in this days. A sold item , gives a notification about what buyers are willing to pay for a item, and this item cant be giftwraped enymore. All this affect what a items value is on todays marked!
Untradable gift wrapped items are not priced anymore, especially since they are no longer gift wrappable. You will not find a single untradable item priced on this entire site.
Also by this logic, any account that owns an untradable metal scrap (awarded via achievement) would have an 85 key increase in their backpack value, so clearly this doesn't work here.

Although it is a different item, the gist is still the same here. Unfortunately, this cannot be priced and should be closed.
