Should be fine to exclude 856 here, a bit iffy on this but it seems too low compared to sellers and buyers at the time and compared to the other two sales we have right now. Not only this but 856 seems like an odd number to sell something this high at and its most likely an incomplete trade or something

Should be fine to just take 1100-1300 here after rounding unless told otherwise

Id say this range is more appropriate than if we were to include the 800 key sale

I do not see any solid indication that 856 is an outlier here; these are just 3 reasonably evenly spread out sales in mostly pure or close to pure. Especially seeing that one of these sales was used to set the current price, it is not justifiable to cherrypick only one of these two sales to add to the range

That's fair I just thought it might've been better to do it that way given how close to buyers it was and stuff! So just take 850-1300 since it would round based on it being still 1000+ keys?
