Wide range of sales here. Sellers as low as 2.9 keys, buyers as high as 2.1 keys.

Sellers at 2.9 aren't too far off of the sale at 3 keys, and have not been like that for too long. According to snapshot history, they were at 3 keys as recently as 2 days ago

With that in mind, I'm also going to keep 2.25 in the range. We have a supporting sale at ~2.25 keys (#2 in "Other Sales") that I can't confirm. Keeping 2.25 in the range should help balance out the high-end being potentially too high.
