Buyers currently at 10 keys, and 10 doesn't seem to be very common here. Will exclude 10, but I'll keep 11. Some of the sales at 12 round up from ~11.6-ish, so excluding 11 isn't ideal here.

The sale at 14 appears to be pretty high here, compared to current sellers. Had it been a pure sale, I would've kept it in the range. Excluding 14.

The cheaper sellers have drastically risen their prices. However, I'm still not keen on including 14. We still have no pure sales at 14 currently.
