Can you try to find the compares of some of those sales? If there are this many, its likely not far off, but without any used sale that has actual proof of the sale, I'm not confident in accepting a suggestion like this. I saw two more of which one had an actual sale that was in the range, but in another, the only sale outside of the glad.tf stats page is not used, similar to here. Id like to at least see the compares of them to have an overview of what we're dealing with.
