Suggestion: Frozen Icefall Universal Translator at 280 keys

So one sale at 280 and one sale at 820, and listings for sale at more than double the suggested price. sounds like you should just wait for another sale.

280 is fine. 820 is obviously an outlier due to it never being listed for 820 or more in the past and its existing price and other effects.

280 seems like an outlier considering the two active listings are 800 and 840~(on mp.tf) and other high tier effects sellers (galactic, eldritch) want 1000+. not saying you should go with 820, but seems illogical to take the 280.

Since when did higher sellers counter sales? If I buy a hat for 50 keys, list it for 300, does that mean its illogical to price at 50?

Typically if the hat previously sold for 300 keys then it makes it very illogical. how do you truly determine the outlier if theres 2 sales and no median. Considering it now seems that it sold for a Energy Orb Slugger, which would need a Mini, it might even be determined that the 280 is the outlier.

But the current MP seller on the translator is Kush, not Poot. History link reveals that it is in fact this item, implying it moved back to Kush at one point or another.

I believe the Translator was bought back by Kush for an Energy Orb Psychedelic Slugger Revolver, So perhaps another useable sale? Not sure ruling on 2 people trading the same item back and forth but for different prices.

Usually when a hat is traded back and forth, the sales are no good indicator of a hats value. Theyre usually either very lopsided trades, or the sales are both of roughly the same value, which means that the hat being traded back and forth is effectively an intermediary, rather than something that was part of the sale itself.

it might explain why these sales are so far apart here.

Nah, it just means that the reggae sale is likely unreliable, and that one is not included in the range anyway

With the b/o's of 500 and 600 keys, $1350 appears to be an outlier, but if you still think this should remain outdated please reply and i will close
