I'm not the biggest fan of how rounding is being handled here. Not only is a pure sale being rounded down, but both the low and high end are being rounded down as much as they can be.

I'm also not sure if the fireproof diary's valuation is accurate currently. It was last updated 4 months ago, and there's a seller at 300 Keys currently, meaning the 246 sale could be a fair bit lower (if it isn't used to update the diary instead).

You'll have to look into a mini for the diary, but unless that sale happens to fall around 240 with a re-valuation, this will likely need to be resuggested.
