The sales at 8 are dumps but given the seller on STN a bit under 9 and the 7.5 key sale it can be argued that it should be included and the buyers as of now don't counter it since they're around the 7 mark. Given the sellers at 11 I don't think 12 or 13 should be included but a single seller at ~9 which hasn't been there for long isn't enough to counter lots of sales. I think the sales at 8 should be cut out to balance the range given the sales at 12 and 13 are being excluded.
