From my research, that means the rocket jumper should be 0.11 ref.
You should provide evidences of items being sold/bought for the price you've listed.
At the moment buy orders just proof the current price's left border.
Anyways, if people sell this item for 0.11 that doesn't proof that it's impossible to sell it for 0.16 (current right border).
