Buy orders are currently at 9 keys. We have enough sales between 9-10 that we can call it the best range.

Final price: 9 - 10

It would probably be better to include 13 in the range. 7 sales at that value indicate it's a common trading point and the seller at 9.85 has only been there for 4 days.

All 7 of those sales were from mp.tf, and we have way more pure sales that are lower anyways. I think if I resuggest this at 9-13, it's more likely that a bunch of new sellers for 9-10 will appear and suddenly 13 is no longer usable.

The sellers are very clearly offset by the absolute sheet number of sales at 13. When you have more sales than sellers by a metric as high as this, at that point the sales can't be ignored anymore.

This should be 9-13.
