Sales at 16k, 17k, and 20.65k. Considering our 16k sale was super recent, including it would be nice to get our midpoint between buyers/sellers at 16.15k/17k respectively, but buyers hit 16k around Jan 5th/6th based on snapshots, so I think two weeks worth of buyers being above 16k excludes the STN sale as below buyers (unless mods think otherwise). 20.65k excluded as we have a 20k unsold for 1 month, and several cheaper unsolds (albeit shorter times). 17k sale matches our most recent listing and seems to be a common enough trading point based on buyers/unsolds. Taking 17k for sole value.
