I’m not really sure what to do here. Part of me thinks we should just wait for it to sell, because there are so many data points supporting a higher range regardless. Do you want me to resuggest with a lower range?

Looks like it sold and was instantly listed on marketplace. As it stands today, I think I'm fine with calling this as close enough--

--is what I would say if I saw a stronger rationale for excluding 10 (!) sales' worth of data points. I don't think the simple fact that there's unsolds for a lower price is enough in this case.

All of the current classifieds unsolds are relatively young, with the oldest one being a 1 month old listing from MigoBot. This leads me to believe that these sell frequently enough where unsolds are not nearly as much of a counter-factor as they would be in a normal suggestion. The only sales I'd be willing to call outliers are 452 and 462 since they're the lowest buyer dumps, and 580 since it's not a cash or pure key sale. But we should be attempting to cast the widest net possible in cases like this, without keeping it extremely wide of course.

Having said all of this, a range of 480-560 will be more appropriate in this case.
