I'm gonna use it's value at the time of the trade, instead of the updated value that I'm gonna suggest for/suggested for (depending on which one I put out first :P). My rationale for this is because it was in-date at the time of the sale.

Conclusion:

If I'm not mistaken, I can use sales up to 3 months old for rare hats; this certainly fits in the criteria of a "rare hat." Only sale is at 178 keys; taking 180 keys as the new price.
