Analysis:

From the proof provided, some sales were left out of the summary as they were hard to tell what the exact sale was, though a lot of those sales were low sales. About half of the sales in the summary were at 1000 keys. However, I'd define all but one as a quicksale. There are current buyers at 1000 keys or around it. Even though the sales at 1000 keys are very frequent, it goes to show how easily pans quicksell for that value. There are pure sales ranging from 1076 to 1200 keys as well as 2 mixed sales at 1300 keys.

The most common current buyouts are set at 1200 keys. There are buyouts set at 1200 keys from 5 different sellers. There are also 3 buyouts set below that at 1100, 1150, and 1150 keys.

With 1200 keys being the most common buyout, that should remain as the value cap. With buyers and frequent quicksales at 1000 keys, it should remain as an outlier. With sales and sellers at around 1100 keys, it should remain as the low-end. This is really just a refresh of a 3-month old price.

I mean I guess if you have any additional proof or corrections on the proof provided that'd be great. Or if you disagree with the range that's OK too, but like please don't spam or whatever. :(
