1190 should be rounded to 1200.

Why would 1190 be rounded to 1200?
General rounding of prices. 1100-1200 looks much neater than 1100-1190.
the sale was 1193 which would round down thats why i went with 1190 and not 1200 also seller at 1150 had since nov 20th https://backpack.tf/item/6229348321 and 1100-1190 would make 1145

All those ranges (past bud prices) are rounded to the nearest 50.
For unusuals above 1000 keys you round to the nearest 50 keys. The same rules should apply to golden pans since its the only non unusual item that expensive.
