I would be tempted to exclude sales above that at ~3450 and ~3500. Most of these higher sales are cash sales from Mannco.store. 3500 was also dumped later for 2900.

With only four sales below ~2900, all of which seem to be based on low minis (or incomplete sales) and were under buyers at the time they sold, I would lean towards excluding them too (also questionable if 2865 is accurate).

That leaves us with a large majority of sales in the 2900 - 3400 key range. Taking that.
